2.2Telegram username — displayed in your account and admin logs.
2.3Subscription status — your plan, expiry date, and Stars paid.
2.4Storage usage — bytes used and quota assigned to your account.
2.5File metadata — filename, size, folder, and upload date. File content is not stored or copied by SyCloud.
2.6Download logs — which files you accessed and when, kept for up to 500 entries and automatically trimmed.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
3.1Your name, email address, or phone number.
3.2Your location or IP address.
3.3The content of your Telegram messages.
3.4Payment card details — all payments are handled entirely by Telegram Stars.
4. How We Use Your Data
4.1To authenticate you and enforce subscription access.
4.2To track your storage quota and usage.
4.3To send renewal reminders and expiry notifications via the bot.
4.4To generate anonymised usage statistics for service improvement.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with servers located in the EU and US. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
SyCloud does not store, copy, or independently cache the files you upload. File content resides solely within the platform you use to access the service.
6. Data Retention
6.1Account data is retained for as long as your account exists.
6.2Download logs are automatically trimmed to the 500 most recent entries.
6.3When your subscription expires, your storage quota is reduced but your account and file metadata are not deleted.
7. Payments
Payments are made exclusively through Telegram Stars. SyCloud does not process or store any payment card information. All payment transactions are governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy.
8. Your Rights
8.1You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time.
8.2You may request full deletion of your account. Upon deletion, your profile, file metadata, and download logs are permanently removed.
8.3We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the revised policy is published. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
